How It Works

A simple, straightforward process—from first contact to ongoing management.


We’ve designed our process to be clear, low-friction, and respectful of your time. Here’s what working with Home Care Social looks like, step by step.

Step 1: Initial Conversation

We start with a brief call or email exchange to understand your agency, your current social media presence (if any), and what you’re hoping to achieve.


This helps us confirm whether we’re a good fit and which package makes the most sense for your needs.


There’s no pressure, no sales pitch—just a conversation.

Step 2: Onboarding

Once you sign up, we begin onboarding. This is where we set the foundation for everything that follows.


If your accounts need to be created from scratch: We’ll handle account setup, profile configuration, bio writing, branded visuals, and initial content planning.


If you have existing accounts that need cleanup: We’ll audit your current presence, correct inconsistencies, optimize your profiles, and align everything with your brand.


Onboarding typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on your starting point.

Step 3: Content Planning

Before we begin posting, we prepare your content strategy and initial calendar based on your brand, tone, and the information you’ve provided during onboarding.


Our goal is to handle social media so you don’t have to think about it. Once posting begins, we manage everything—content creation, scheduling, and consistency.

Step 4: Consistent Posting Begins

Once onboarding is complete, we begin posting according to your package’s schedule. From first contact to your first scheduled post, most agencies are live within 2-3 weeks.


Your accounts stay active, professional, and aligned with your brand—without requiring internal management or oversight on your end.

Step 5: Ongoing Management

From there, we handle everything: content creation, scheduling, and consistency month over month.


You’re always welcome to share:


  • Photos from events or community involvement
  • Office updates or team milestones
  • Any content you’d like us to incorporate


We’ll make sure it fits your overall tone and posting schedule.
